User Experience (UX) design is the process of designing (digital or physical) products/service that is useful, easy to use and interactive. Through UX design you can enhance the experience of the people while they use/interact with your products. UX design also helps add value to the products/service that you are providing.

UX design always happens, intentionally or not. You as designers make decisions about how the product/service and humans interact. Good UX design happens when these decisions are taken after understanding and fulfilling the needs of both user and the product/service.

In UX design approach to design is to take into account all the aspects of a product or service with the user. That includes not only the aesthetic and function: (usability and accessibility) of a product/service but also the emotions which are harder to engineer and achieve.

During the process of UX design, you have to take the principles that state how to make a product accessible, and embody those principles in the design process of a system so that a user that is interacting with it would find it as being accessible.” The design ideas are validated through real customer feedback and changes are made to ensure the final product will work well for those that will be using it.”

UX design is everywhere: the layout of a supermarket, the ergonomics of a vehicle, the usability of a mobile app.
